Order details: items requested or purchased, order notes, shipping information, and related updates

Website basics: pages visited, device / browser type, approximate location derived from IP address, and similar technical data that our host or site tools may log
Payment information (if you buy from us): processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on our own computers
We do not ask children to use this site. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Consent. By submitting our form with your phone number, or by placing an order and providing a number, you agree we may text you at that number for the purposes above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out. Reply OPT OUT or STOP to (855) 459-7499. That request is a complete cutoff from our text messages until a new opt-in applies as described below. You may also email contact@glyphicworks.com or call (855) 459-7499 and ask to be removed.
After you opt out
We will stop SMS to that number.
If you place a new order, we may send transactional texts needed to complete that order (confirmation, updates, shipping). That does not automatically restart marketing texts about new merchandise.
Marketing / new-merchandise texts start again only if you ask us to contact you, submit the form again, or otherwise clearly opt in.

6. Email
We may email you to answer your request, confirm an order, send shipping updates, or send merchandise news related to your relationship with us. You can ask us to stop marketing emails by contacting contact@glyphicworks.com or using an unsubscribe link if we include one. We may still send emails needed to complete an order you placed.
7. Where we store information (and where we do not)
We do not keep our customer / messaging list on ordinary local office computers as the main copy.
We store and access this information in:
The Grasshopper account / app connected to our (855) 459-7499 number (our parent 855 phone system), for calls and texts
A backup copy of our customer list in an encrypted folder / drive on pCloud
Our website host / Sitejet systems, for form submissions and site operation
Our email provider, for email
Our payment processor, if you place an order (they handle card data)
pCloud provides encrypted cloud storage. We control our encryption keys for that backup. If we lose those keys, that backup may be unrecoverable — including by pCloud. Encryption reduces risk; it is not a guarantee against every possible incident. **Access is limited to people who need it to operate the business only!
8. How long we keep it
We keep contact and order records as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you, and thereafter as long as we reasonably need them for customer service, tax, accounting, dispute, or legal reasons. We keep opt-out records so we do not text a number that asked to be removed.
9. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information EVER!!
We may share information only with:
Service providers who help us run the business (website host, Sitejet, Grasshopper / voice-SMS provider, pCloud, email provider, payment processor i.e. PayPal, SquareSpace, eBay, Etsy, shipping carriers) — only as needed for their job.
Authorities if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public
A buyer or successor if the business is merged, sold, or reorganized, who must still respect this policy.
Those providers are not allowed to use your information for their own unrelated marketing.
10. Your choices

Email contact@glyphicworks.com or call (855) 459-7499 to correct your information, request a copy of what we have, or ask us to delete what we do not need to keep
Decline to fill out the form (you do not have to give us your number)
We may need to keep some records (for example, orders and opt-out lists) even after a deletion request.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted off-site backup. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
12. Third-party sites
Our site may link to other websites (for example, shipping tracking or payment pages). Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies.
13. Changes
We may update this page. The new version applies when we post it here. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
